Handling

All orders are sent via Registered Mail and tracking number is always provided;
All mail sendings are franked with Kyrgyz Express Post stamps (we affix our stamps on all orders);
Usually the order is shipped within 5 business days after placed through the website;
The average delivery time is around 14 business days but can take up to 25 business days;
The shipping is free regardless the weight and is applied to any destination;
The handling cost is set at 300 KGS regardless the weight and is applied to any destination;
All philatelic products are carefully packed in order to provide a foolproof delivery.

Additional information

In case the order contains pre-ordered items, the entire order will be dispatched once the pre-ordered item is released;
If you want that certain stamp(s) is(are) affixed to the envelope as a franking, add the stamp(s) to the Cart and mark the respective box on the Cart page. Please note that in such case the handling charges will not be deducted. Otherwise the franking method will be chosen at the discretion of our operator;
All claims about the order are accepted up to 3 months after the date of dispatch of the order;

Year of The Dragon

On April 30, 2024 the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic puts into circulation a 2023 Kyrgyz Express Post postage stamp: "Year of The Dragon".

According to the traditional Chinese calendar, the New Year begins on February 10, 2024, and last until January 28, 2025. This year will be under the sign of the Green Wooden Dragon, which is the fifth animal sign of the Chinese zodiac. This sign is associated with luck, gaining power, wealth and freedom. The Dragon is the only mythological creature in the Chinese zodiac.

Unlike the European tradition, the Eastern Dragon does not have evil intentions, but, on the contrary, represents the harmony of Heaven and Earth. In Chinese culture, the Dragon symbolizes the positive principle Yang, and it is considered a totem of the Chinese nation.

In China, it is believed that people born in the Year of the Wooden Dragon enjoy universal love, these people are also characterized by curiosity and active creativity. The green color symbolizes renewal, rebirth, the beginning of a new life and a multitude of interesting events.

In the New Year of the Green Wooden Dragon, KEP wishes everyone good health, success, prosperity, happiness and a peaceful sky above the head.
