On February 23, 2018 the State Committee of Information Technology and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic puts into circulation a souvenir sheet with two Kyrgyz Express Post stamps: “XXIII Winter Olympic Games”.
This year Olympic Games are held from 9 to 25 February 2018 in Pyeongchang (South Korea). The program of games includes competitions in 15 winter sports disciplines. Athletes from 94 countries are competing for Olympic medals. At the Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, Kyrgyzstan is represented by athletes competing in alpine and cross-country skiing.

On the sheet borders there is a winter stadium in the background of a mountain landscape and the inscription “XXIII Winter Olympic Games” in Kyrgyz and English languages. A QR-code is placed in the lower right corner.

The first day cover and special postmark are designed by Vitaliu Pogolșa.

Handling
- All orders are sent via Registered Mail and tracking number is always provided;
- All mail sendings are franked with Kyrgyz Express Post stamps (we affix our stamps on all orders);
