Die Kirgis Express Post (KEP) stellt die Briefmarkenserie aus, die dem UNO-Deklarationen gewidmet wird.
Die UN-Versammlung kündigt an, das Jahr 2015 sei das Internationale Jahr des Lichtes und lichtbasierter Technologien sowie das Internationale Jahr der Böden. Die Serie umfasst somit zwei Miniaturen.

Dante Alighieri (1265 - 1321) war der große italienische Dichter, Theologe, Politiker und einer der Gründer der literarischen italienischen Sprache. Seine berühmte "Göttliche Komödie" wurde zu einer Art der Synthese der europäischen Spätmittelalter-Kultur.

Pjotr Iljitsch Tschaikowski (1840 - 1893) war der große russische Komponist, Dirigent, Lehrer und Autor von mehr als 80 Werken, darunter zehn Opern und drei Ballette. Die Werke von P. I. Tschaikowsky stellen einen wichtigen Teil der kirgisischen Theater-Repertoire dar.

Die KEP feiert den 175. Jahrestag der ersten Briefmarke der Welt durch Ausgabe von einem Block. Am 6. Mai 1840 wurde die erste Briefmarke in Großbritannien ausgestellt, die die Philateliebewegung veranlasste. Die erste Briefmarke wird in der Philatelie als "Penny Black" (wegen der Farbe der Miniatur und Nennwert) bekannt.

In1965 passierten die ersten "Weltraumspaziergänge". Die ersten Helden dieser Tätigkeiten waren der sowjetische Pilot Alexej Leonow und der amerikanische Astronaut Edward White. Die KEP widmet die Ausstellung eines Blockes an den 50ten Jahrestag der Heldentat dieser herausragenden Männer.

Die Kirgis Express Post initiiert sein Emissionsprogramm für das Jahr 2015 durch Herausgabe der Briefmarken "Salbuurun - die Traditionelle Kirgisische Jagd". Diese Serie umfasst drei Miniaturen mit verschiedenen Flügen von Raubvögeln: Aufstieg, Schweben im Himmel und Ergreifen der Beute. Neben diesen Briefmarken hat die KEP auch drei Postkarten mit der Falknerei ausgegeben. Diese Karten wurden für die Schaffung von Maximumkarten herausgegeben, indem man die ausgegebenen Briefmarken und den "Erste Tag" benutzte.

Am 19. November 2014 erteilt die Kirgis Express Post ihre zweite Serie von Briefmarken "Fauna Kirgisistans". Diese Briefmarken zeigen typische Vertreter der Kirgisischen Tierwelt: den Würgfalken, den Yak, das zentralasiatische Steinbock und den Schneeleopard.

Am 18. November 2014 gab die Kirgis Express Post als der zweite bezeichnete Postbetreiber von Kirgisistan seine ersten Briefmarken und ein Sonderblock heraus. Die erste Ausgabe ist dem 140te Jahrestag des Weltpostvereins gewidmet. Die Briefmarken zeigen die Geschichte der Kirgisischen Post, nämlich das Mittel des Postversandes.
